Avant Loader Flail Mower S30 Attachment -

The Avant Flail Mower with S30 quick attach bracket is a drum-type cutter for cutting of long grass, scrub, bush and similar vegetation. The Avant Flail Mower S30 with Hydraulic Side Arm (S30) is the ideal attachment for the Avant compact loader for roadside mowing and mowing on steep gradients. This is the ideal attachment for local councils and local governments.

The Avant Flail Mower S30 m has the same 1200 mm mower deck with hammer flails as the A36730 flail mower, but it is equipped with the high flow hydraulic motor of the 1500 mm flail mower. This gives 25 % higher efficiency/working width ratio than on the 1500 mm flail mower, and 100 % higher than on the standard A36730 1200 mm flail mower.

When fitted with the Avant Flail Mower S30, an Avant 180 kg side weight kit A49063 is necessary at the other end of the side arm for balance.

The Avant loader must also be equipped with the optional Opticontrol for operating the flail mower.

The Avant Flail Mower with S30 can only be mounted on the hydraulic side arm A424552. It cannot be mounted on the attachment coupling plate of the Avant compact loader or on the A431070 S30 mechanical side arm.  Avant flail mowers A36730 and A36015 cannot be mounted on the hydraulic side arm.
