Root Grapple | Avant Equipment

The Avant Root Grapple is a highly versatile attachment for debris, treecare and root removal with Avant compact loaders, widely used across the tree care, landscaping, and property maintenance industries. Ideal for grabbing, lifting, and clearing a wide range of debris, it’s perfectly suited to both light clean-up and more demanding groundworks.

Featuring the same robust grapples as the Avant Demolition Grapple Bucket, the Root Grapple replaces the solid base with durable steel bars. This smart design allows:

• Easy gripping of branches, tree trunks, rocks, and general site debris

• Tearing out roots from the ground

• Soil and fine debris to fall through the bars when handling material, helping keep woodchippers cleaner and more efficient

Two model options are available:

• A 1300 mm wide version with two hydraulically operated grapples

• A 900 mm wide version with a single grapple

All models feature protected hydraulic cylinders and hoses, enclosed with heavy-duty metal covers for added durability when working in harsh conditions.
